Jess grew up in Quitman, Mississippi, and graduated from the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College and the Patterson School of Accountancy in 2013. Some of Jess’s favorite memories from his time as an undergraduate at Ole Miss are of giving campus tours to prospective students and their families as an Ole Miss Ambassador and welcoming the newest members of the Ole Miss family to campus as an Orientation Leader.
Jess graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2016 where he served as president of the Law School Student Body Association. Some of his favorite memories from law school are of meeting U.S. Supreme Court Justices Antonin Scalia and Elena Kagan and participating in the school’s summer study abroad at the University of Cambridge.
After law school, Jess moved to Biloxi, Mississippi, and practices with the law firm of Davis & Crump, P.C., in Gulfport, Mississippi.
