The selection committee for the University of Mississippi School of Law Alumni Hall of Fame award recently met and chose members of its 2019 class. The induction ceremony will take place as part of Law Weekend held on March 28-30, 2019.
Inductees in this year’s class include Leonard A. Blackwell II (BA 63, JD 66), Mary Ann Connell (BA 59, MA 71, MLS 73, JD 77), Joshua M. Morse III (LLB 48) [posthumously], Landman J. Teller, Jr. (BA 63, JD 65) [posthumously] and A.C. Wharton, Jr. (JD 71). Festivities will begin with a 6 p.m. reception in the Gertrude C. Ford Ballroom at The Inn at Ole Miss on Saturday, March 30, followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The event is open to the public. Register to attend this event and other Law Weekend activities HERE.
The University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy 2019 Distinguished Pharmacy Alumna of the Year award will be presented to Alice M. Clark (MS 76, PhD 78). She will be recognized during the Pharmacy Awards Banquet, which takes place as part of Pharmacy Weekend held on April 5-6, 2019. A 6 p.m. reception will take place in the Gertrude C. Ford Ballroom at The Inn at Ole Miss, followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 6. This event is also open to the public.
