Virginia Burke is a 2011 graduate of the University of Mississippi. She majored in International Studies, Economics, and Spanish and was a member of The Croft Institute and The Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College.
Following her undergraduate education she obtained a J.D. from Tulane University School of Law. From there she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John H. McBryde at The United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and The Honorable Jacques L. Wiener, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She currently works as a litigation associate at Haynes and Boone in Dallas, Texas.
