William Wildman is an Associate at Baker Donelson in New Orleans, where he counsels clients across the health care, telecommunications, construction, and energy sectors on complex civil litigation and white-collar matters. He has served as trial counsel in multimillion-dollar jury cases, defending clients in breach of contract, class actions, antitrust, and regulatory disputes. William regularly represents clients in federal and state investigations, including DOJ and FBI matters, with a focus on health care fraud and False Claims Act issues. He is actively involved in pro bono work and leadership roles, serving on The Pro Bono Project Board of Directors and participating in bar associations and community organizations in New Orleans.
