Tyler Kidd is a strategic leader, entrepreneur, and community builder whose career spans global manufacturing leadership and diverse business ventures. He currently serves as Vice President of Operational Excellence at Senior Aerospace Group, where he drives performance improvements across 21 international and domestic facilities and leads more than 3,500 employees. Known for his ability to transform organizations, Tyler has delivered multimillion-dollar gains in productivity, supply chain performance, and profitability while mentoring future leaders and strengthening organizational culture.

Beyond his corporate career, Tyler is the owner of several holding companies with business interests in retail, hospitality, real estate development, property management, restoration and construction across Mississippi and Louisiana. His ventures—including restaurants, breweries, boutiques, and commercial and residential developments—create jobs, revitalize communities, and contribute to local economic growth. In addition, Tyler has founded two charitable organizations that contribute over $100,000 each year to military, first responders, and their families.

A two-time graduate of the University of Mississippi with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering, Tyler credits Ole Miss with instilling the values of perseverance, service, and leadership that guide his work today. He serves on the NFIB MS Leadership Council and the board of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence, sharing his expertise at international conferences.

Tyler lives in Pass Christian, Mississippi with his wife, Kaitlyn (BBA ‘10), and their two young sons, James and Luke.
