Dr. Rachael Durham currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Student Success and Retention with the School of Engineering at the University of Mississippi. She has served in various capacities at the University of Mississippi for 16 years, working previously with admissions and campus visits to working with new freshmen and the first-year seminar program. Rachael graduated from UM in 2008 with a B.A. in Journalism, 2012 with an M.A. in Higher Education, and in 2023 with an Ed.D. in Higher Education. Her love for UM and its students has shaped her career to what it is today, and she enjoys getting to be a helping hand, smiling face, and listening ear for her students. She currently lives in Oxford, MS with her husband, Matt, and her two boys, Grady and Logan.
