Dr. Robb Jr. is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon in Atlanta, Georgia, recognized for his innovative techniques, artistic precision, and commitment to natural, elegant results. A native of Alpharetta, Dr. Robb’s journey in medicine is deeply rooted in both academic excellence and a passion for helping others look and feel their best. His path began at Marist High School, followed by the University of Mississippi, where he was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning numerous awards, honors, and scholarships along the way. From there, he returned to his home state of Georgia to attend medical school at the Medical College of Georgia (MCG), further solidifying his foundation in surgical excellence.
Dr. Robb then completed his highly competitive Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he honed his expertise in both the function and aesthetics of the face. Following residency, he was hand-selected by one of the nation’s most respected facial plastic surgeons for an elite, year-long fellowship in cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery—an experience that refined his skills and shaped his approach to achieving timeless, natural looking results.

At Robb Facial Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics, Dr. Robb has built a comprehensive wellness and aesthetic center, complete with a fully accredited, state-of-the-art surgery facility. When he’s not in the OR, he’s fully immersed in family life and an active lifestyle. He’s a passionate SEC football fan, road cyclist, triathlete, golfer, and guitarist —and he never misses an opportunity to be outdoors. The Robb family is also deeply involved in their church, where they find joy in serving their community.
