Laurin Dixon is the Vice President & Chief of Staff, Enterprise Operations & Clinical Services at Centene, where she plays a pivotal role in driving strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. Directly supporting the COO, Laurin leads and advances initiatives spanning clinical services, enterprise optimization, and government program innovation and strategy, subsequently driving impact across more than 28 million members.

Previously, she served as Lead Executive of Medicare Products and Director of Star Ratings at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. In those roles, she had responsibility for all business and financial aspects of the Medicare lines of business and the strategy and implementation of quality programs within the BCBS Arkansas Medicaid program. She began her career completing an Executive Fellowship in Healthcare Quality and Association Management at the Pharmacy Quality Alliance, followed by a number of progressive roles inside of Humana where she led Medicare Pharmacy Stars programs, community pharmacy collaborations, and pharmacist clinical management initiatives.

Laurin received her B.S in Pharmaceutical Sciences and PharmD from the University of Mississippi, where she currently is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council and an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Administration.
