Associate Director of Alumni Affairs, Communications and Marketing
Jim serves as Associate Director of Alumni Affairs, Communications and Marketing. He joined the Alumni staff in 2002 as Assistant Director for Communications and editor of the Ole Miss Alumni Review, the Association’s quarterly magazine.
Jim oversees the production of all Alumni Association publications, print and email communications and marketing efforts in addition to the organization’s online presence.
An Oxford native, both of Jim’s parents are Ole Miss graduates, and his father was a two-time All-American defensive tackle for the Rebels. Prior to returning to Oxford and Ole Miss, he worked in Memphis and in Dallas as an editor and web developer for Vance Publishing Corporation.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ole Miss and is married to the former Amanda McMillan (BPA 98, JD 01) of Oxford. They have three children.
