Hayden Worsham III is President of Worsham Brothers Inc., an established commercial construction group in Corinth, MS that offers a suite of services including general contracting and construction management, design-build expertise, pre- and post-construction services, pre-engineered metal buildings and more. Serving as the fourth generation of family leadership within the company, Hayden is responsible for implementing efficiencies throughout the business while increasing new development opportunities, ensuring excellence across complex projects and investing back into the community. In 2024, Worsham Brothers built the first major signage to ever identify the Grove at the University of Mississippi with the completion of campus landmark, the Grove Plaza, situated at the entrance of the iconic 10-acre park.

Before joining Worsham Brothers, Hayden played a key role in the growth of general contracting firm, The Wilkinson Group, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia, gaining extensive experience in office, medical, retail, military, multi-family, hospitality, and manufacturing projects from both a construction management and general contracting capacity. Prior to this experience, he spent two years in Baton Rouge, Louisiana working with an international civil engineering firm on projects spanning manufacturing, higher education, retail and medical site design.

Hayden graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and currently serves on the board of The Alliance, The Alliance Community Development Council, and The United Way Foundation, in addition to serving as an active Rotary member. He and his family are also active members of First Presbyterian Church of Corinth, where he serves on the Board of Deacons. In his free time, Hayden enjoys spending time with his amazing wife Jordan and their two beautiful girls, playing golf and attending Ole Miss sporting events.
