Haley Mays is a physical therapist, business owner, and healthcare leader based in Madison, Mississippi. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Her career reflects commitment to clinical excellence, compassionate care, and strong organizational leadership.

Haley owns an outpatient physical therapy clinic in partnership with Elite Physical Therapy and serves as Director of Clinical Operations for Performance Therapy, as well as Clinic Director for its Madison location.

Clinically she specializes in post-surgical rehabilitation, athletic recovery, and vestibular therapy. She is one of Mississippi’s few certified vestibular therapists, specializing in vertigo and post-concussion conditions. Her dedication earned her Hometown Magazine’s “Best of the Best” Physical Therapist award for Madison County in 2024 and 2025.

Haley is married to fellow Ole Miss alumnus Aubrey Mays, and they have two children, Ann Leighton and Lawson. She is also a founding partner and co-host of the Marty Mays Memorial Golf Tournament, which has raised more than $50,000 for the Mississippi Alliance to End Suicide. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, trips to the beach, and cheering on Ole Miss athletics.
