Dillon is the Associate Administrator for Baptist Memorial Hospital – Union County in New Albany, Mississippi. He served as Lead Pharmacist and Director of Pharmacy at BMH-Union County for 10 years and showed a strong commitment to advancing patient care and pharmacy practice. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Mississippi in 2015, completed his residency at Baptist Memorial Hospital–North Mississippi, and later obtained a Master of Healthcare Administration in 2023.

Dillon was honored as the "Outstanding Young Pharmacist" by the Mississippi Society of Health-System Pharmacists (MSHP) in 2019, recognizing his leadership, clinical excellence, and dedication to the profession. He brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to pharmacy and is passionate about driving quality improvement in healthcare delivery. He has served on the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy Alumni Board, MSHP Legislative and Education Committees and MPHA Government Affairs committee. He has also been awarded the "You Make a Difference Award" for BMH-Union County. Dillon is on the board of directors for the Ingomar Foundation for Excellence, Ingomar Baptist Child Development Center and serves as a Deacon at Ingomar Baptist Church.

In his role as Associate Administrator, Dillon serves as the Pharmacy Director and also oversees clinical and support departments including Rehab, Radiology, Respiratory, Lab, Environmental and Facility Services.
