Courtney Still is a highly accomplished and exceptionally effective leader who consistently delivers impactful results through a robust combination of comprehensive technical expertise and keen business acumen. Her diverse background spans a variety of critical roles across multiple, distinct industries—including healthcare, restaurant, manufacturing, logistics, and banking.

Courtney is currently the Vice President Controller at BANK3, where she analyzes and publishes financial statements, manages accounting department operations, leads projects such as process improvement and cost management, and ensures regulatory and compliance standards are being upheld. Previously, she was a Financial Controller at Honeycomb Management Group, where she contributed financial expertise to multiple doctors, board members, and executives. She led and coached employees to effectively manage costs and forecasted future costs to ensure budget was met. She also held accountant positions at FedEx and Mueller Industries, analyzing account balances, preparing accrual entries, and simplifying accounts payable processes. Her career began as an auditor at Deloitte, where she reviewed financial records for a variety of industries, tested and evaluated internal controls, and pioneered new audit software. She is currently the Membership Chair for the Young Alumni Council where she mentors accounting students and is the secretary for the Memphis Rebel Club.
