Briana O’Neil is an attorney at Watkins & Eager PLLC in Jackson, Mississippi. She was elected to partnership this year at the firm. Briana focuses her legal practice primarily in the areas of products liability litigation, medical malpractice, general commercial litigation, insurance defense, and white-collar criminal defense. Briana is an active member in the Mississippi Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division where she currently serves as the Chair of the High School Mock Trial Competition. Briana was recently awarded the Mississippi Bar Foundation’s 2025 Law-Related Public Education Award for her work with the High School Mock Trial Competition. Briana is also involved in the American Bar Association – Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) where she is the current chair-elect for the Automobile Litigation Committee.

Briana is also active in the community. She is a member of the Junior League of Jackson where she is currently the Co-Chair of Emerging Leaders. Briana also serves a board member for the Central Mississippi Ole Miss Rebel Club.
