Ashley Knight is a Functional Consultant at Workday, where she specializes in the Workday VNDLY application for contingent workforce management. In her role, she leads enterprise clients through large-scale implementations that transform how organizations onboard contractors while managing time, expenses, and invoicing.

A proud graduate of the University of Mississippi, Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Business Administration. She completed her MBA at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was recognized as a Forté Fellow, served on the MBA Student Advisory Board, and received the Core Value Award for Inclusion, one of only four Core Value Awards presented to her graduating class.

Passionate about giving back, Ashley serves as President of the North Mississippi Symphony League and as Marketing Chair for the Distinguished Young Women of Lee County program, helping raise scholarships for young women. She also volunteers with Helping Hands Food Pantry and co-chairs her church’s Missions Committee, supporting community outreach initiatives.

Ashley lives in Tupelo, MS with husband, Case, cat, George, and dog, Otis. She believes leadership is rooted in service and strives to create meaningful connections - whether guiding organizations through transformation or strengthening her community.
