Jessica Lynch
M-Club
Jessica Lynch joined the Alumni Association as assistant director of Alumni Affairs, director of M-Club in June. She received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the UM School of Applied Sciences in 2005. Lynch served as a student athletic trainer while at Ole Miss and later a position in corporate wellness for 10 years in Jackson. Most recently she was partnerships manager at Visit Oxford, the tourism arm of the City of Oxford, where she worked to build relationships with the local community and university along with recruiting sports tourism events to Oxford.
In her new role as director of M-Club, she will work to build relationships with current and former letterwinners, oversee M-Club Alumni Chapter communication, create reunion events and assist with the M-Club Hall of Fame activities. Mary Kate Smith
Schools of Accountancy, Business Administration, Pharmacy
Mary Kate Smith is the alumni liaison for UM’s Patterson School of Accountancy, School of Business Administration and School of Pharmacy. She received a bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communications from UM’s School of Journalism and New Media in 2018 and a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University in 2021. As an undergraduate, she was a member of the women’s soccer team where she served as captain. Prior to joining the Alumni Association staff, Smith served as a business account executive for Howard Technology Solutions.
In her new role as assistant director, she will work with the Schools of Accountancy, Business Administration and Pharmacy on their engagement efforts including reunions, Hall of Fame awards and more.
