The Ole Miss Alumni Association continues to monitor news related to COVID-19, and your well-being is important to us.
Our staff is available to assist you by phone or email Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Triplett Alumni Center will have limited occupancy as we follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, state officials and university leadership in an effort to help curb the spread of COVID-19.
Additional hygiene protocols will be in place when the Triplett Alumni Center reopens to the public on Aug. 17. Face coverings (cloth face covering, surgical mask, etc.) must be worn by all individuals (faculty, staff, students and visitors) in indoor public areas on the UM Oxford campus. The Association’s policies related to face coverings are in alignment with those of the university. Staff members and visitors are required to wear face coverings.
Additionally, we are following CDC and university guidance on our events protocol and are continually evaluating our ability to host events during the fall 2020 semester.
- Member Zone, traditionally hosted by the Alumni Association in Triplett Alumni Center before all home football games, has been canceled for the 2020 season. Decisions about other game day options will be made as more information becomes available about football season and the Grove.
- The M-Club Room in Starnes Center will be closed for the 2020 football season.
- The 2020 M-Club Hall of Fame Ceremony is canceled.
- The 2020 Distinguished Alumni Awards Ceremony, originally scheduled for Homecoming, has been canceled.
The status of other OMAA-hosted events remains in flux as conditions related to the pandemic continue to evolve.
