Jimmy Brown (BBA 70) oversees banking operations in North Mississippi for Regions Financial Corporation. He has served 36 years with Regions, a top bank holding company headquartered in Birmingham. Prior to assuming his current duties in 1995, Brown was regional executive for North Mississippi. After joining Regions in 1975, he served as community bank president and commercial lender. Brown serves on the Rust College Board of Trustees, the Boy Scouts of America Chickasaw Council Executive Committee and has previously served on the Mississippi Bankers Association Executive Committee. He and his wife, Susan (BA 71), reside in Grenada. They have two children, Lee (BBA 95) and Natalie (BBA 02), and four grandchildren. |
