Member Zone, the Ole Miss Alumni Association’s VIP area before home football games, returns on Saturday, Sept. 12, before the Rebels take on Charlotte.
Member Zone is open to all active members of the Ole Miss Alumni Association and is typically open in Triplett Alumni Center until one hour prior to kickoff, with starting time varying with game times.
“Oxford consistently ranks as one of the best college towns in the country, and it’s our goal to continue to make Member Zone part of that and be a must-visit area for our members on football gamedays,” said OMAA CEO Kirk Purdom (BA 93).
Popular Member Zone features include guest-only restrooms; an air-conditioned viewing area in Butler Auditorium with multiple screens displaying different games; free soft drinks and snacks while supplies last; and giveaways including stickers, pom-poms and other spirit items. A bar serving beer and seltzers will be located on the front lawn of the Alumni Center.
Nonmembers and guests can be admitted for $10, and children high school-age and younger are admitted free. Alumni can join and extend their memberships onsite.
Purdom said that for the Charlotte home opener on Sept. 12, the first 100 people to enter will receive a free clear stadium bag.
