Will be located in the lobby of The Inn at Ole Miss for All-Inclusive, Student All-Inclusive, Scholarship Parties Package, Children’s Package. A separate table will be set up for those that registered online for single tickets purchased for the Greek Show, Tailgate Picnic and Picnic/Greek Show combo. Breakfast tickets to The Inn at Ole Miss Sunday breakfast can be purchased at the hotel front desk for $7.99. Additional T-shirts can be purchased ONLY at the Saturday Greek Picnic.
THERE IS NO ONSITE REGISTRATION FOR ANY EVENTS.
PLEASE NOTE: Official BAR18 Name Badge and Lanyard must be visible and worn at all times. Accompanying wrist band is required WITH the name badge for access to events each day (the back of your name badge notes which color to wear each day).
A Valid ID MATCHING the registrants name badge is required for each registrant in order for the name badge to be issued.

Click HERE for a map of the buildings on campus we will utilize during BAR18. Also, you will find a map Athletics has provided indicating the open and closed parking lots. This is important information to know when parking at the Tad Smith Coliseum for the Concert on Friday, the Greek Show on Saturday and at the Picnic at the Manning Center on Saturday. The Inn at Ole Miss issues parking passes to each guest and free parking is available to guests at Courtyard Marriott, located directly across
There are more than 800 guests coming to Oxford for BAR18. If you are staying at The Inn at Ole Miss or Courtyard Marriott, please do not move your vehicles unless absolutely necessary. We will have shuttles for All-Inclusive package holders to take you from The Inn at Ole Miss to the Tad Smith Coliseum Friday and Saturday. We have included a map of suggested driving routes for the Friday Concert and Saturday Greek Show.
DOUBLE DECKER BUS TOUR
The Double Decker Bus is available to anyone who takes the tour Saturday from 10-11 a.m. It will drop you off at the Greek Picnic at the Manning Center. It will not return you to The Inn at Ole Miss.
Cash bars will be located at the Welcome Reception, Friday and Saturday late-night parties at the Inn at Ole Miss, and at the GALA. Please have cash with you to move quickly through these bars. A valid ID is required for any guest possessing alcohol.

SHUTTLES: FRIDAY MARCH 2
2-6:30 p.m. Buses 1 & 2 run continuous shuttle loop from The Inn at Ole Miss to Courtyard Marriott. This would be back and forth from these destinations.
6:30 p.m.-midnight Bus 1 – continuous shuttle loop from Inn at Ole Miss to Tad Smith Coliseum
Bus 2 – continuous shuttle loop from Courtyard Marriott to Tad Smith Coliseum
SHUTTLES: SATURDAY MARCH 3
7-8:30 p.m. Bus 1 & 2 run continuous shuttle loop from The Inn at Ole Miss to Tad Smith Coliseum
8:30 p.m.-midnight Bus 1 – continuous shuttle loop from Tad Smith Coliseum to The Inn at Ole Miss
Bus 2 – continuous shuttle loop from Tad Smith Coliseum to Courtyard Marriott
AWARDS GALA, Saturday March 3
PLEASE NOTE: Buffets open at 5:30 p.m., please arrive between 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. The lobby bar will be open while we check name badges for our guests. The program will start promptly at 6 p.m., so we can swiftly shuttle guests to the Greek Show at the Tad Smith Coliseum at 8 p.m. Shuttles will begin early for the Greek Show. Capacity was reached early for the BAR18 Awards Gala, and unfortunately no one will be admitted unless GALA is marked on their official BAR18 name badge.
No children will be admitted to the Gala
