The University of Mississippi School of Law recently organized a very-fast-paced reading group to review the writings of then-Judge Amy Coney Barrett prior to her elevation to the United States Supreme Court. The reading group was one of two organized by the ABA Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary as part of its review of Judge Barrett’s nomination. Professor of Law and H.L.A. Hart Scholar in Law and Philosophy Chris Green will discuss his role as the chair of the reading group.
