Robert "Ben" Williams Minority Scholarship
The Robert “Ben” Williams Minority Scholarship Endowment, which supports scholarships awarded for academic excellence, was established to provide assistance for young Mississippians or lineal descendants of University of Mississippi alumni. To qualify, a student must be an entering minority freshman with leadership potential, scholastic ability, and financial need.

Amount: $500/semester for 10 semesters or until graduation, whichever comes first.
Deadline: Applications must be received in the Alumni Office by March 1.

Herb Dewees Alumni Association Scholarship
This scholarship was established in 1988 by The University of Mississippi Alumni Association and renamed in 2007 in honor of Executive Director Emeritus Herb Dewees. Recipients must be full-time students who are lineal descendants of alumni of the University. Scholarships are based on scholastic ability and leadership potential.

Clay Waycaster Memorial/SAC Scholarship Endowment
The Clay Waycaster Memorial/SAC Scholarship Endowment was established to assist deserving young men and women who are pursuing an education at The University of Mississippi. To qualify, a student must be a full-time student who is a current member of the SAC and has been for at least the last two semesters. Scholarships are based on leadership potential, need and cumulative GPA. Leadership and dedication within the SAC will play a major role in the awarding of the scholarship.

Amount: $500 for one-year, and can be renewed only by applying again the following year.
