Expansion and Renovation

 

As the home of the Ole Miss Alumni Association, the Triplett Alumni Center serves as a cornerstone of the Association's mission to foster community, communication and connections for current and future Ole Miss alumni and friends. The Alumni Association also oversees the operation of The Inn at Ole Miss Hotel and Conference Center. The Inn has the facilities, services and ample square footage for meetings, conferences and banquets.

The latest renovation of the Alumni Center, completed in July 2010, marks the first renovation since the facility was designated the Triplett Alumni Center in 1997. The original Alumni House was dedicated in 1951 at the present location. In 1968, the first addition to the Alumni House added several hotel rooms, a new lobby and the swimming pool while also expanding the snack bar. In 2004, the hotel was renamed The Inn at Ole Miss, and the hotel tower opened in 2008.
